Journaling Prompts Guiding You Through The Grief of Transition

So you don’t get stuck in your feelings

Journal Through Change

This is a free workbook of seven in-depth prompts, originally designed to help us through processing the pandemic. Since then, unfortunately I’ve become much more acquainted with grief and change. This guide of prompts has become my starting point to move through these difficult seasons.

*Note, I am not a therapist, but this coaching resource was reviewed by a grief therapist*

When should it be used?

Myself and others have used it for transitions relating to moving, betrayals, leadership changes, friendship loss, mental health crises, stepping down from positions, diagnoses for yourself or loved ones, unwanted pregnancies, loss of mobility, and even traumatic experiences.

These prompts are designed to help us see a greater perspective, name what needs to be named, let go, and find a new ways of being in the world. There is an option of downloading a neutral version and a faith-based version for Christians.
